Please make your request at least one business day before your regular pickup day. Your new bin might be dropped off by a different driver, before or after your old bin is emptied. So don’t worry — we’ll complete the switch by the end of the day.
The fee for exchanging your cart will be reflected on your next billing statement. For 35, 65, or 95-gallon roll carts, you’re welcome to bring your old cart to our office for exchange at a reduced fee; simply indicate in the form below if you’d prefer that option.
