Current trash cart too big or too small? No problem. Fill out the form below and we’ll swap out your bin for a different size on your next regular service day.
Please make your request at least one business day before your regular pickup day. Your new bin might be dropped off by a different driver, before or after your old bin is emptied. So don’t worry — we’ll complete the switch by the end of the day.
The fee for exchanging your cart will be reflected on your next billing statement. You’re welcome to bring your old cart to our office for exchange at a reduced fee; simply indicate in the form below if you’d prefer that option.
