Position Overview
We are hiring a Non-CDL Service Driver / Recycling Technician. This is a physically active, hands-on position that involves driving a pickup truck while pulling a trailer, servicing recycling routes, delivering carts, and helping customers with bulky item removal. Responsibilities Drive a pickup truck with trailer safely throughout service areas Perform bi-weekly glass collection routes Hand dump 8-gallon baskets of glass recycling Deliver and remove garbage and recycling carts for customers Collect bulky items from curbs, garages, and occasionally inside homes Examples include furniture, refrigerators, mattresses, and appliances Operate a forklift to help empty the recycling center each morning Wash garbage and recycling carts on a bi-weekly schedule Provide friendly and professional customer service Work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to safely drive a pickup truck and trailer Forklift experience preferred, or willingness to learn Ability to lift heavy items repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Some overtime available and occasionally required

- A valid Oregon Driver License
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
- Good time management Skills
- Must be able to back/maneuver a 20 ft. trailer
- 1 Year driving experience
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
A Delivery Drivers day consist of delivering containers and picking up materials in the Keizer area. The delivery driver will also complete a route to pick up glass on weeks that are designated as a recycling weeks. Other task may include but not limited to: routine maintenance around facility, cleaning and managing container inventory.
- Valid driver’s license
- 1 year driving experience (Required)
- Must have a good driving record
- Backing or maneuvering a 20 ft. trailer and pickup truck: 1 year
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull at least 75 pounds.
- Ability to climb into and out of truck
- Must be able to back/maneuver a 20 ft. trailer
- Good time-management skills
- Must be safety conscious and have an excellent work ethic
