Driving Toward a Brighter Future.
Wheat has been serving our communities for over two decades, ensuring safe and efficient transport for our region’s waste and safer travels for everyone on our streets. The work we do doesn’t just keep our neighborhoods clean and roadways clear, it also helps beautify our cities while supporting the health of local waterways and other natural resources.
Services
Transportation
When waste leaves local sorting and recovery facilities, we take it from there, hauling trash and reusable materials to their proper end-of-life destinations. While some is headed for the landfill, that’s not our only stop — we’re also taking an increasing amount of waste materials to secondary processing facilities to be recycled or converted into compost or renewable biomass energy.
Street Sweeping
Keeping our streets clear of debris means safer travels for the pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers who live in and pass through our neighborhoods. It also ensures that litter and pollutants are removed before they can enter stormwater systems and natural waterways, supporting the health of area streams and keeping our community water clean.
